Capacity Building

Despite the interruption of SEACMEQ V main data collection in Uganda due to pandemics, significant progress has since been made. After Uganda successfully completed data collection, SEACMEQ team was in Kampala, Uganda from 3rd - 6th April 2023 to build capacity on data capturing and processing. The training presented a team of around twenty (20) Data entry clerks with the opportunity to interact, appreciate and use the IEA’s Data Management Expert (DME) platform to capture data for their SEACMEQ V main study.
